Insurance and Rates

Flexible payment options to ensure you can access the care you need, with policies varying based on the session location. 

• In-Person sessions at Westminster Office: services at the Westminster office are for Insurance-Only. I am an in-network provider for several major plans, listed below. Please note that self-pay is not available at this office. 

• In-Person sessions at Boulder Office: you have the option of using your insurance or Self-Pay.

• Teletherapy sessions available across Colorado: you have the option of using your insurance or Self-Pay.

• Out-of-Network Coverage (Boulder and Teletherapy): If we are out of network with your insurance, you can pay the self pay rate, then be  provided with a Superbill (a detailed receipt). You submit this superbill, directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Whether and how much your plan reimburses you is determined solely by your individual coverage and is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates before starting treatment.
